  • How much do you charge for shipping?  Most items will allow you to calculate your own shipping based upon your zip code.  This shipping calculator link is located directly under the ending time or you can go to the Shipping and Handling heading located near the bottom of the page and find three (3) shipping services available.  Simply select your country, enter your ship to zip code, quantity wanted (when available) and click the Update button. If you are having problems using the calculate shipping link or there is no link on the listing, please feel free to email us using the Ask Seller A Question Link and give us your ship to zip code.  We will strive to get you a shipping and handling quote within (1) one business day.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES GIVEN ARE TRANSIT TIMES ONLY ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY AND THESE TIMES DO NOT ALLOW FOR OUR HANDLING TIME TO PROCESS AND SHIP YOUR ORDER. ·Do you combine shipping on multiple purchases?:   We will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases once a week. If you want to purchase more than one item and wish to qualify for reduced (combined) shipping, it is very important that you follow these instructions. 

·         DO NOT proceed with the ebay checkout process until AFTER all purchases have been made.  Once you have submitted your checkout we are unable to give you the benefit of a reduced (combined) shipping rate on future purchases.

·         How do you calculate reduced combined shipping?: The ebay calculate shipping link automatically calculates a combined shipping and handling rate based upon the total weight, # of boxes and your zip code registered with ebay.   When you are finished making all of your purchases, please proceed with the check out process.  We will send you a combined invoice through ebay for you to make ONE PAYMENT for all items purchased.

·         Do you charge a handling fee?  We charge a nominal handling fee based upon the weight of the item to cover our cost of new boxes and labor to pull and package your items.

How will you ship my item?  We ship via United States Postal Service or Fed Ex Ground. You can choose which shipping method best suits your needs when you checkout or make payment.  PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to post office boxes via Fed Ex.

·         How much to insure my purchase?  Insurance is mandatory on all orders valued over $100.00 for shipments within the United States. Appropriate insurance fees will automatically be added to your invoice.  PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US if you are not prepared to pay for insurance coverage. There is no insurance offered for shipments to CANADA unless shipped via a trackable method: Express Mail International or Federal Express. NO EXCEPTIONS!

o        Shipments via Federal Express WITHIN UNITED STATESInsurance is FREE for all packages valued at $100.00 or less which are shipped via Federal Express WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. Insurance fees are $1.50 per $100.01 to $300.00 value and an additional 55 cents per $100.00 value above $300.00 for shipments within Continental US. 

o        Shipments via USPS (United States Postal Service) WITHIN UNITED STATES: If your package is valued at $100.01 or more and is being shipped via United States Postal Service insurance coverage is mandatory and fees are automatically added to your invoice.  Insurance fees are $1.50 for up to $50.00 coverage and $2.50 for up to $100.00 coverage and an additional $1.00 per $100.00 value above $100.00 for shipments within Continental US.

o        Shipments to CANADA: There is no insurance offered for shipments to CANADA unless shipped via a trackable method: Express Mail International or Federal Express. NO EXCEPTIONS! Insurance fees will be calculated on an individual basis.

·         What does OS1 or Oversize 1 mean?  OS1 (Oversize 1) means that the total dimensions of the shipping box that the item fits into are more than 84" and the item weighs less than 30 lbs. When this happens A-Z Military Surplus is automatically charged for a 30 lb box whether the box weighs 30 lbs or not. The customer wil1 automatically be billed for a 30 lb box plus appropriate handling and insurance fees.

·         What does OS2 or Oversize 2 mean?  OS2 (Oversize 2) means that the total dimensions of the shipping box that the item fits into are more than 108" and the item weighs less than 50 lbs. When this happens A-Z Military Surplus is automatically charged for a 50 lb box whether the box weighs 50 lbs or not. The customer will automatically be billed for a 50 lb box plus appropriate handling and insurance fees. 

·         Do you ship overseas?  Since International orders require special handling, we ship to the United States and Canada ONLY.

·         Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?  Yes, we ship via United States Postal Service to APO/FPO addresses. Please refer to the calculate shipping link for rates. 

·         Why didn’t you answer my email?  PLEASE BE PATIENT!  We receive hundreds of emails daily and answer each and every one personally in the order received and as quickly as humanly possible!  We strive to answer all emails within 24-48 hours of receipt but sometimes we get behind!  Please keep in mind that we are not open on weekends so emails sent after 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Fridays will probably not get answered until the following Monday. Please check your spam blocker, it may be set too high. Insurance Claim Procedure 

If you suspect damage in shipment, you should contact both the carrier and A-Z Army Navy Surplus at 1-814-337-6674 immediately to initiate a damage claim.  Please keep original packaging as inspection by freight carrier may be required in order to pay claim.  Please be prepared to email digital pictures of all damages.

 

   Return Policy

o        We offer a 5-day right of return on each and every item we sell.

o        All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Any items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization will be rejected and no refunds or replacements will be issued. .
