The 8568B Spectrum Analyzer is a high performance analyzer ideal for bench or ATE applications with an expendable frequency range from 100Hz to 1.5GHz. The unit has 10Hz resolution bandwidth and excellent frequency stability. Amplitude range (dbm) is from -135 to +30. Residual FM is <1Hz, frequency span 100Hz to 1.5GHz + zero span. It has 16K bytes of RAM for custom user defined measurement routines. Custom measurement programs can be created, either on an external controller or using the front-panel controls of the spectrum analyzer, and then stored in the non-volatile memory of the instrument.
